Zucchini Apple Drop Cookies

1/2 Cup Grated Zucchini

1/2 Cup Grated Apples

1tsp Baking Soda

1 Cup Sugar

1/2 Cup Butter

1 Egg Beaten

2 Cup Flour

1tsp Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Ground Cloves

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Nutmeg

1 Cup Chopped Nuts (Optional)

1 Cup Raisins (Optional)


**Preheat oven to 375 Degrees**

How To Make Them:

Start by washing where you plan on making your cookies and your hands. Get all your ingredients and everything you will need to make these YUMMY Zucchini Apple Drop Cookies.

Mix the grated Zucchini, apples, baking soda, sugar, butter and beaten egg together until well blended. You want your Zucchini and Apple mixture to look like the picture below:

 In a large Bowl, mix together the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and salt.

 (Mix slowly you don’t want to make an even bigger mess.)

Once you have all your dry ingredients mix together, slowly pour the zucchini and apple mixture into your dry ingredients bowl.

 Mix everything together until well blended. Be sure that there are no lumps. The dough will be a little runny. This is ok :) Just put your cookie dough into the fridge for about 10-15 minutes until firm.

Drop the cookie dough by teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes. The edges should be a light brown. Remove your cookies from the cookie sheet and let cool on a wire rack. Put the next set into the oven and enjoy!

    Thank you for this recipe. I’m so bad at cooking or baking or anything to do in the kitchen however i do want to learn! I love your recipes because they are easy, to the point and pictures help a lot! i’ll try to make these cookies tonight and i hope they come out as yummy as yours look! :)

    These sound delicious. Wondering if the sugar could be cut back or replaced with something else.
