Alpine Lakes Gear Loop Bands Review
Having a medical condition has not been easy. Especially lately when moving takes a lot out of me. My joint hurt all of the time and some days it makes moving around extremely difficult. Mommy and Baby Reviews recently had the opportunity to work with Alpine Lakes Gear and review three of their amazing products. We were sent Loop Bands to review free of charge. We were sent a three pack of bands. The bands look like very large rubber bands. Each band is a different strength and color.
Green is a light resistance.
Red is a medium resistance.
Blue is a heavy resistance.
The green band is the lightest resistance band and what I started out using. Using resistance bands helps strengthen my muscles and help with my joint pain. I use the resistance bands when I do yoga as well as a little extra push. I know that no matter how much pain I am in that giving up is not an option. I need to keep my muscles strong and moving.
The Alpine Lakes Gear Loop Bands is perfect for anyone who is always on the go or needs an easy way to exercise. The resistance bands are easy to put in your purse, bookbag or brief case without taking up a lot of room. The band are great quality and made to last. I use my bands twice a day and the still feel as strong as the first day I used them. The bands are also great for physical therapy. The bands are 10 inches in circumfrence by 2 inch wide. While the bands are great for toning your hips and thighs, they are also great for your arms.

Step One is the Dead Cell Remover. The dead cell remover exfoliates your lips gently with very low irritation. I was a little worried that my lips would be worse or the remover would be too harsh but it wasn’t. After washing your face, apply an adequate amount of the dead cell remover on your lips. Massage the remover into your lips for about 1-2 minutes. Now wipe off the remover with a wet tissue or wet wash clpth. The kit includes 10g of Step one for several applications.
